How long does it take to process and ship my order? All Noirelle pieces are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus 5–7 business days for shipping. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way. Total delivery time is typically 8–12 business days from the date of purchase.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout, no code needed.

Can I change or cancel a custom order after placing it? Because every personalized piece is made just for you, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. We have a 24-hour window to make changes or cancellations. Please contact us at info@noirelle.us as soon as possible if you need to make an adjustment. After 24 hours, we're unable to modify or cancel custom orders as your piece will already be in production.
